After you have placed your order with one of our partner stores and once the partner store has received your payment, they will send your product or get in touch with you to arrange a delivery date. Please be aware that additional costs may arise, if you are not present on the agreed delivery date.

Delivery costs

Delivery within Austria is free of charge (except for Apple for orders under €100). 

Lenovo and Apple offer delivery also outside Austria, please note that this is subject to costs.

Delivery time

It depends on the partner store how long it takes for the product to be delivered. However, delivery usually should take no longer than 28 working days.

Important note: Due to the increased global demand, there may be more delivery bottlenecks for laptop components. Currently, the status of the delivery times changes several times a day, which is why short-term deviations in availability are possible.
